Bladder Health

Bladder pain can be very debilitating and can substantially affect the quality of your life not just physically, but also emotionally, personally, sexually, and professionally. This pain is usually associated with the bladder or urethra and unfortunately, even with today’s medical advances, its causes are still not clear. What we do know is that we can help relieve the pain through a number of treatment options for:

  • Urinary incontinence
  • Bladder infection
  • Interstitial cystitis
Breast Health

Breast Health

From our very first gynecological appointment, we have been told how important it is to be aware of any changes in our breasts. Most of us know how to perform breast self-exams and we have felt the sensitivity in our breasts during menstruation. We also know the importance of mammograms and other diagnostic tests, especially if there is a family history of breast cancer. At LiliumCare, we are here to help maintain your breast health with:

  • Breast cancer screening
  • Breast lumps/pain
  • Nipple concerns

Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Therapy

If your pelvic muscle group is weak, you may need pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy to improve its capacity to function properly. This muscle group is responsible for different functions including bowel movements, constipation, incontinence, difficulty urinating, constant pelvic pain, or painful intercourse. However, through a number of our pelvic floor rehabilitation therapies, we can help with conditions such as:

  • Pelvic floor problems
  • Bladder/bowel leaks
  • Overactive bladder
  • Sexual dysfunction
  • Vaginal/rectal pain from spasms
  • Pelvic muscle weakness from childbirth or injury

Pelvic Pain / Orilissa Treatment

If you are experiencing pain in your lower abdomen area or pelvis, it is important that you don’t ignore it. Whether the pain comes and goes or is constant, is sharp or dull, or is in one spot or in a large area of your abdomen, it could signify a problem with an organ in your pelvic area. This includes your ovaries, Fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, or vagina. Our specialists at LiliumCare can diagnose and treat the pain in your pelvis caused by:

  • Ovarian cysts
  • Endometriosis
  • Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID)
  • Painful Ovulation
  • Fibroid tumors

Perimenopause / Menopause

Perimenopause is also known as menopause transition, and it applies to the time in a woman’s life when her ovaries begin to make less estrogen. It typically starts a few years before you reach menopause – when ovaries stop releasing eggs – and can last anywhere from four to eight years. Some more common symptoms of perimenopause/menopause include hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness – all of which can affect you in a significant way, if not treated. If you are experiencing perimenopause/menopause, LiliumCare can help with:
  • Management of symptoms
  • Hormone therapy
  • Abnormal bleeding
  • Osteoporosis screening

You can expect to feel a heating sensation during treatment. Results can be felt and seen immediately, with continued results over the following weeks or multiple treatments.

How may treatments do I need?

Your physician will determine the best treatment plan for you. The majority of patients have 2-3 sessions; however, most notice a difference after only 1 treatment. What Our Patients Are Saying

I loved your new practice! Such a relaxing experience! Your staff is very friendly and helpful! And, I appreciate how you genuinely care for your patients - you always take time to listen! Looking forward to learning more about your new services.

I loved, loved the new practice.
So special to spend so much time with the very best doctor in Atlanta.
So relieved to find Dr. Mac's new practice! Having been my only OBGYN, now for 33 years, I can not imagine trusting my care to anyone else. He is always professional, honest and compassionate. Any questions I have are answered thoroughly and phone calls returned in a timely manner. Both my husband and I are thankful to have him as my physician.

For those of us who value our time with our Ob-Gyn, I would highly recommend Dr. McFarling at his new practice LilliumCare.  I have been his patient for many years and have found him to be someone who works at making you feel at ease, very open to questions about your health, and willing to spend as much time with you as you need.  He does not rush your appointment and is careful to make sure you understand what he is doing, what he sees or doesn’t see, and that is such a treasure in today’s world of medicine.  The office is not your normal sterile environment and his staff is equally as personable as Dr. Mc Farling.  Enjoy your visit.

They were able to help me very quick. Very kind and do pay attention to everything.
